We met in Tullamore on Saturday 21st January 2017 for one of our quarterly meetings. We discussed the seminar which was held in November and we talked about some upcoming initiatives, along with our Email Bulletin.

ACT meeting 21st January 2017

Nov 2016 ACT Seminar
On the 5th November 2016 we held a seminar in the Mullingar Park Hotel for primary school teachers. We were delighted with the feedback we received from teachers.
We had talks on preparing children for the Sacraments, what a Sacrament is, tips and ideas for teaching religion, teacher testimonies and we ended with a lively celebration of Mass, followed by the distribution of resources to the teachers present.

July 2016 Roscrea festial
Here we are at our ACT stand at the Youth2000 Roscrea festival in July 2016, promoting our Association.
May 2016 Clear Vision for Education
In May 2016 we spoke at the Clear Vision for Education seminar, in Dublin, on how to practically implement a Catholic ethos in our schools.

One of our group spoke at the evening for the new Boards of Management in March 2016 about our Association at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dundalk..
Jan 2016 Archbishop Eamon Martin
In January 2016 we were invited to Archbishop's house in Armagh to share with him about our Association. He was very encouraging of our work.
Jan 2016 Integritas conference
In January 2016 we attended a conference day on denominational education at Integritas, Co. Kilkenny.
